Rates are as much as 60% OFF Resort Prices because we rent the units ourselves.
Rates range from $100-$275/night (excluding holidays).

Saturday-to-Saturday is preferred and are required for some rental periods. For stays of less than one week a 10% surcharge is normally applied. Our minimum stay is four nights. All stays require a security deposit at check-in. Credit cards can be used for that deposit at check-in.

Rates are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed reservations will be honored at the rate when they were booked. A deposit of 1/2 is required at the time of the reservation. The balance is due 45 days before arrival, except for the holiday season, which requires a 60 days advance payment. A deposit refund of all but $200.00 will be made if written cancellation is received 45 days before your reserved date (60 days for holidays season).
